In partnership with T.C. American Properties we completed a top-to-bottom and inside-outside remodel. Changes included a new roof, front siding, turning the garage back into a garage, new kitchen and bath, new appliances and central air, ceramic tile and carpet.
When we complete a renovation the kitchen remodel includes new cabinets, new appliances and, in this case, new laundry.
This new home construction project took a lot where a tornado destroyed the previous home and most of the neighborhood. This 3 bedroom raised ranch came with lots of nice features.
The great room has a custom-built mantle with slate tile and a faux limestone accent wall. The kitchen back splash has matching tile and custom made cabinets.
Although this kitchen had fairly nice cabinets, they were dated and did not allow for the new appliances we wanted to add. The utility area was in need of help. The after photo shows a brighter and more modern kitchen. Yes, that is PJ O'Tool in the 1st photo getting her perspective on the project.
This was the biggest challenge of all. After the fires we were able to save just the shell on the main level. We re-designed the layout and completely re-built the living area to make it like a new house.
In the "before" photo the front of house looks dark because of the soot. New doors, windows, front porch and paint job made a nice difference.
